HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ?

To place an order on our online store, you must:

                                   1. Create an account or log in in the upper right corner of the homepage.

                                   2. Select your items as you browse the site and add them to your basket

If you are already a customer, click on “ sign in” Sign In

If you are not a customer, click on “shop online” Shop Online and then on “register” Register and fill all required informations.

You can also place an order quickly, without creating an account. However, you will not be able to track the progress of your order or contact customer services for a return. If you create your account you will have access to all these advantages, as well as your invoice history.

Once your order has been validated, you will receive an order confirmation email

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch email. If you have a QUEENCOUTUREPARIS account you can track your order at any time, visit the "my orders" section of your account on the website. In this section, you will find the details of your orders and you can print your invoices.

To see and order products in your basket, click on “show cart” Show Cart located in the upper right corner of the homepage.

Remove items from my cart

To remove items from your cart, click on the remove box represented by an x to the right of each product line.

Expiration of the cart


The contents of your cart will expire after 30 days. This term is renewable each time a product is added and at each step of the ordering process. Once this time frame has passed, the products selected will no longer be visible in your cart

Use a promotional code

To use a promotional code, simply type the code into the field intended for this purpose located in your basket. Once validated, the offer will automatically be taken into account in your order.

DELIVERY METHODS AND LEAD TIMES FOR POSTAL DELIVERY

 

The Queen couture Paris online store offers you this method of delivering:

Prize of delivering is according to prizes which offers delivering company. If it´s not possible to deliver your order in one package so we will send it in more packages but you will not have to pay any extra fees for this kind of delivering. Prizes in online store and in the shops can be different.

                                   Once the package has been accepted by the post office, you can track your package at any moment on the website using the tracking number provided in your online account in the details and tracking of your order, or which was sent to you by email during your order confirmation.If you are not home, a notice will be left by the carrier notifying you to report to your nearest post office to pick up your package.

 

 

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADRESS

 

We offer you the possibility to create several delivery addresses for your account. When submitting your order you may select the address where you would like the order to be delivered.

If you do not remember your password, tell us your email address by clicking on "Forgot your password" or in the case you forgot your username click on “forgot username” when you are in the login window. METHOD OF PAYMENT

 

The payment of your order on Queencoutureparis.com is completed online by a debit or credit card (carte bleue, visa, mastercard and american express).

Payment is completed upon dispatch of your order, once your package is dispatched by our logistics department.

The Queen Couture Paris online store does not allow multiple payments.

 

 

 

RETURNS

 

WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR COMPLETING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE ?

 

You can return your order only in the case that you found some manufacturing deffect on your dresses and if dresses weren’t sent to the delivering company.

In the case that you found some manufacturing defect,  please, take a picture of them, describe this defect and send us email or to our address as soon as possible since you got your dresses. Evening dresses are from really sensitive  material and that’s why its possible to return them only in the case of manufacturing defect. Also, please, make yourself sure about size od your ordered dress. You can check it on our website. If your request for return will be accepted you can get bonus in some amount of money which will be added to your account credit on our website. This bonus you can use in your next orders or immediately. If you are requesting us for return so its only possible to change dress for other dress but not to return money.

 

 

 Will I pay for shipping of returned items?  

We will pay shipping of return in the case that your item has some manufacturing defect.

 

 

Once your request for return will be accepted this is address to which you will send it however you don’t have to be worried we will inform you about everything before sending of items which you want to return.

The items received are not what I ordered

 

Despite the great care that we give to our customers' orders and the quality control that we carry out before each delivery, on a rare occasion you may receive an item that you did not order or that was not intended for you. In this case, please send it back in 5 days since you received it.

What is an email alert?
The email alert allows you to be informed by email of the arrival of a product in our online store. It is activated on each product page from the moment when a size is unavailable.

How to use the email alert feature?
To use the email alert feature, you must click on the unavailable size and enter your email address in the alert window.

I received an email alert notifying me of the availability of an item but it is not there.
The email alert is only sent when the product is again in stock in our online store. We cannot, however, guarantee the availability of the product as it is possible that other customers have purchased the product before you visit our online store.

An item no longer appears on the website. Why?
It is possible that at the end of the season some items disappear from our online store. These products are removed by maintenance because they are not available and are not restocked until the end of the season.

The essential characteristics of items are presented in our online store on each of the item pages. Images, photos and colors of items sold may, however, not correspond to the actual colors due to differences caused by the web browser of the screen used.
